Earlbank Avenue / Planning

Our project at Earlbank avenue has been granted Planning Permission.  We are pleased that permission for the original design has been approved and the proposal can now move onto the next stage of  development.

Situated within a conservation area the proposal details the demolition of 2 existing extensions which are to replaced with a new timber clad rear extension with large glazed openings.  The proposal will provide space for a large dining room, a new kitchen, utility and toilet.  The rear wall will open out onto new external decking to build a strong relationship with the garden.
